Changing from sky q to sky streaming

I did an online chat to change from sky q to sky streaming and reduce broadband charge. This is all showing as being activated on 20 March with a new contract, but I haven't received a puck or any info regarding this ... am I being thick as they said I'd have to return my equipment but nothing about the puck?
