@Olimat2621  You're not talking to Sky via the forum, no  e ere would have claimed anything as we are all customers.

 

If a payment is/was late and serv ices were restricted you would need to ensure payment is made & a new recurring payment method is setup.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
