Glitchy TV, pixelated
TV goes all pixelated, reset puck and it's ok for a few hours then reverts back to poor viewing.

Hi @Willd3
What broadband speed do you have have what speed is the puck getting? You can check by opening Netflix > Go to profile picture> get help? > Connection check.
Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. It sounds that your puck is suffering from poor connectivity.

Re: Glitchy TV, pixelated
Hi,
Thanks for the information.
Netflix says I have 47 gb speed. Which is more than ample, but at this time there was no glitching. I will re check when it does so again, maybe the connection is not stable over the course of a day.
Thanks

No-one has 47Gbs internet access.
47Mbs would be OK, but indicates there's not a whole lot of margin.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
