Netflix Won’t Launch on Sky Stream Puck

We are having issues launching Netflix on our Sky Stream puck.

Selecting Netflix results in a blank screen, so I have to press the Home button, then if I fully launch another app, like BBC iPlayer, go "Home" again, and launch Netflix, then it is successful. 
Happening daily now. 
Anyone else had this problem? Having to launch another app before Netflix will work?

@Barkley2    Hi, when you say "launch" do you mean 'choose'?  Obviously all the apps are already there to choose and don't need launching. Also go into Settings and System management and select App refresh, wait for it to automatically return you to the Home Screen and see if that helps.

Thanks - I'll try the app refresh and see how it goes. Yes I meant choose/open the app. Thanks for the suggestion
