Glitchy Netflix
Does anyone else's Netflix glitch out all the time. I'd say 8 times out of ten we have to turn the puck off and then back on again to sort it out. It doesn't happen for any other channel or app.
When is not working well and you open the app you can tell it's stuck because it'll open the last page you were looking at it, even if it's been days since you opened it. It should show the N and then ask for which profile. If you click on continue watching in the sky main screen then 3 things will happen - it'll either be stuck with the description and writing down the left hand side; or the left side disappears but the subtitles will be really feint; or neither one of those happen, but every few minutes it will go in to a Netflix screen saver.
I can't find another thread talking about this, and the people on the chat aren't able to fix Stream customers apparently. It's obviously not urgent, just annoying. So if you've fixed this for yourself I'd love to know how.

Re: Glitchy Netflix
Regularly watch Netflix via both my Sky Stream pucks and have been binge watching a few series last few days.
Have no issue with my Netflix at all like you are describing.
You say you have switched off the puck.
Try a settings restart;
Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
If you are not aware, thee are different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
If the settings restart still does not resolve, try the following;
Restart your broadband router/hub and perform a Sky Dtream puck apps refresh;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
- Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. Note: An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.
You could also try doing a 'reload Netflix' from within the Netflix app by scrolling down the left menu, under Get help.
This may sign you out of the current selected Netflix profile the next time you launch the app, so you may need to sign in again.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

Re: Glitchy Netflix
Unfortunately not. I tried all of the things that Lettice suggested and it was fine for a day or 2 but it happened again today.
Doesn't help you, but I'm relieved we aren't the only ones having problems with it.

Re: Glitchy Netflix
Yes, my Netflix has been black screening the past few days when I open the app. It's always a black screen. Have to restart my puck from the wall!
