Plans to replace Sky Go?

I'm back with Sky Stream for the second time, and as much as I like the puck and the OS the mobile device option (i.e. Sky Go) is terrible.
Forced adverts even though I pay for skip ads. No playlists or continue watching.
Now if I'd have stuck with Now TV I would have more channels for less money and with the benefit of the same service accross all devices.

If I remember right, Sky GO has been around since the Sky+ HD days, so it's a bit long in the tooth.

Has anyone heard of any plans / rumours of a replacement for Sky GO?

The current iteration of Go was essentially the replacement for the Sky Q app in 2019.

Any actual information would be embargoed until it's formally announced: personally I suspect Go will disappear when Q does, to be replaced with a Comcast app.

Hi @ash_42

Further to @TimmyBGoods reply, Sky don't generally publish their future plans / roadmaps and we are fellow customers here on the community.

But I agree with the end of Q on the horizon attention needs to be made in this area.
