Guys, thanks for your help. I've just ordered Sky Stream with 2 pucks, both Ethernet hardwired from Virgin 1Gb Hub. I've sourced a 4K UHD OLED TV separately. 
Hopefully stress free viewing in the house and the outbuilding with no connectivity issues 🤞🏻Happy days!
