Sky stream puck not showing picture just green screen

My second sky stream puck seems to be faulty. Only showing green lines on screen no picture but sound.

Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power it back on and try again. If it still doesn't work you'll need to ring Sky.

Looks like I will need to ring sky as already tried the good old unplug routine several times leaving a few mins before reconnecting and same issue. 😕

@KC+74  Before you do that is the HDMI cable plugged into both the TV & Puck securely?

I called sky and they ran through various checks including swapping the hdmi with the one in my other puck on the main TV in the house. Hard reset also done. They are now sending a new puck .
