Game, set and match Amazon prime!

One of the main reasons for subscribing to Stream was the loss of the ATP & WTA on Amazon prime.

To be honest I have been very happy with the experience, not having any of the issues reported on this forum, yet!

How ever the playlist feature really needs addressing. The Madrid men's final, played yesterday which I had playlisted completely missed the whole of the last set! I did however playlist the next show on the guide thinking this might happen, to my frustration this played what it was supposed to be.

I then resorted to switching to the tennis channel live by which time the match had ended and to add salt to the wound straight to the result (it wouldn't let me rewind this either)

To the point, the playlist feature could be great but it really needs to stick to the programme that's being watched and not to the guide!!!

Playlist really is 'throw a six to start' randomness. 

If you like cricket, you'll find that sky's '6am start to the day' means they split Aussie big bash cricket games in two parts, and you can never find the start of the game using playlist.

You can occasionally get more joy by adding the show to the playlist from the tv guide (and not from a tile or search)

however there are as mentioned issues with timings that n sports events that are very annoying

Have contacted customer relations concerning the UHD debacle, which they have replied to and are looking into😴, but not this issue yet !
