Re: Frustrated
?? there are no green lights on the streaming Puck. Do you mean your Sky broadband Hub? What's not coming up on the TV? Does the white LED light up on the Puck?

Re: Frustrated
Hi @Gaylessky welcome to the community.
When you say lights are all green, is that your router lights?
Can you explain your setup a little bit please, including whether this is a new setup or if it's worked previously?

Re: Frustrated
@Gaylessky If you get a No Signal message that is generated by your TV and not a Stream Puck.
It's not clear what you mean by tests on the signal?
What signal?
Perhaps you could start from the beginning and provide any error or on screen messages?

Re: Frustrated
@Gaylessky check that you have the correct HDMI input selected in your TV settings. It sounds like you may have the TV's tuner, Freeview or satellite selected.

Re: Frustrated
Turn your Puck on - make sure the dim white LED at the bottom of the Puck is lit.
Pick up your TV remote, and look for a button marked Input or AV. Press it repeatedly and when you get to the correct HDMI input you should see the display from the Puck on screen.

Re: Frustrated
To add to what @Mark39 has shared above, depending on your TV manufacturer the input/AV button may be also be called "Source". It often has an icon of a rectangle with and arrow inside it and other common icons include a cable.
It's silly that the TV industry hasn't settled on a common icon or name for this, but hopefully that helps you find that button.

Re: Frustrated
Thanks for replying @Gaylessky, could I confirm if it was @Mark39's suggestion that fixed it for you, or was it something else?
