Continue from start F1

Once I get the sky streaming box to actually turn on, I go to F1 channel, click and it start watchinhg the channel.

I want to watch from the beginning so click "watch from start", it then shows me I am watching the F1 Channel at the bottom left and the Main event channel at the top, and predictibly i get football for 10 minutes, with the preseter saying "next up on main event is the F1".

The F1 does start, but not from the beginning but at lap 21, what happened to watch from start?

It's total poop.

That is annoying.

What seems to have happened is it got itself confused and showed the wrong channel and because Main Event shows multiple sports it was finishing another match before moving to the F1 feed. 

I would recommend emailing Viewer Relations at viewerR@sky.uk. There's nothing they can do retroactively but it's worth letting them know so they can hopefully avoid this in future.

Yeah, this happened to us at the weekend (20/04/25). We have "Live F1" in our playlist. So on sunday when were out for a family gathering, then back home and we went to our playlist to watch the F1 race, we got the end of a football match and then then the F1 race about 20 laps in! Not good.

I thn went back to the Playlist and noticed all F1 content for live events is from theMAin Event channel, even when we had selected the race from the Sky Sports F1 program guide.

Sky need to get this sorted.
