Please help , new to sky stream today - I have managed to set it all up - but the picture freezes & then goes black while watching tv - it it damaged - this is about the 5th time I have turned it off at the wall

Thanks guys for all your comments - wifi was fine spoke to sky & the puck was faulty - now have a new puck & all is good . Thank you all again

@SHarris2 It sounds like poor wifi or slow speed to the puck, open the netfix app on Sky stream, go to get help, run connection test. What speed is being reported?

Sorry to noble to access the Netflix app on the remote as this frees my tv again - don't know where it is - don't get that far without the screen freezing
