Re: Freeview on Sky Stream Puck
The aerial app is only available on Sky Glass. The aerial connection exists physically but is disabled in the UK (it is there because it's a legal requirement in Italy).
There was a period of time where it was incorrectly enabled for some.

Re: Freeview on Sky Stream Puck
Freeview worked for 2 days. Had a aerial app in apps page. Clicked on it Freeview opened up. Even a full TV guide. Then app disappeared. Come on Sky put it back on.

@HIGHLANDERS68 You've been given the correct reply, Sky won't switch it back on.
Your TV will have Freeview built in, why not use that?

It's not Freeview. Freeview is a brand name. The Stream puck and Glass TVs have a basic Digital Terrestrial Tuner for receiving free-to-air channels, all of which are also available on the Freeview service.
It's highly unlikely that EveryoneTV, the company who own the Freeview brand, will allow their branding on a competitors subscription serviced hardware, particularly when they are shortly to launch their own Freely streaming service on their own streaming device.

Re: Freeview on Sky Stream Puck
Having to use two controllers is annoying especially when we have to pay so much for the service.
