Free to air

I spoke to a sky agent and although I don't currently have an active stream subscription they said I could still watch free to air channels using the stream box. If this is correct can anyone advise how to set this up. Thanks.

All my opinions are my own.

Without an active subscription your Puck won't receive anything (and Pucks have to be returned unless you bought yours early on).

No it's not correct if you don't have any active subs you won't be able to access any channels on the TV Guide.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

They lied. You can't. Unless you watch via the on board apps (if your Sky ID is still active) then you can't directly stream the free to air channels, nor can you use the DTT tuner as it's deactivated in the UK.
