I've been trying to watch F1 at first it wouldn't come on said technical issue now I'm finally on it every time I pause it, it takes me off it. I'm paying a lot of money to not Evan be able to watch much of it

Hi @Awe- and welcome to the forum.  It sounds like a software glitch so if you have not already done so try rebooting your puck.  Simply unplug it at the socket for a few minutes and then plug it in again and allow it to reboot.  This takes a couple of minutes and for a while you will have a blank screen before the white Sky logo appears..

Alternatively go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  Again it will take a couple of minutes to reboot.
