I need an advisor to escalate this, please. Max customer support says my Partner ID link is stuck and they cannot see my subscription. Please can an agent fully unlink and reset the Max profile link on my Sky account so I can restart the fresh activation process?"

"Sky support told me to contact Max, but Max support just checked my profile and bounced me straight back to Sky. Max has officially stated that they cannot see any active partner ID subscription link under my Sky profile. The issue is a broken activation handshake on Sky's end. I need a Sky Community Moderator to escalate this thread directly to the Sky Back-office Technical Team to completely purge and reset the Max subscription marker on my account backend so I can generate a brand new activation link. Please do not tell me to contact Max again, they have already refused."

For this you will need to call Sky to request your partner id.
At the bottom of this Sky help page, click on 'I still need help' and follow through to a call number.
