Hi. I recently returned the Sky puck but I've just realised I didn't set it back to factory settings. What should I do or who do I contact?

I wouldn't worry. Sky should factory reset all pucks returned to them before sending them out to new customers. Also, any new customer who gets sent your old puck will have to link it to their own account to get it to function and this would usually involve resetting the device.
If you are at all nervous then you could change all your app passwords (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, iPlayer, etc) then if anyone did access the apps on your old puck they wouldn't work.

You can sign out of all netflix devices or specific netflix devices via your netflix account:

You can do the same thing on Amazon. But as @Not_Them_Again indicates sky should factory reset the device as part of the returns process.
