I forgot my TV on Demand (catchup) password months ago.
The password on my laptop was changed and works. Only it will not register with my

tv.
I find it diffucult to do this on my remote as I am disabled. It is easier to do on the laptop

@TrudyRatter1 TV/On demand does not need a password when using a Sky Stream puck.

You do need one for the likes of Netflix/Prime/Youtube etc.

As you've posted in the Stream forum I presume this is to do with a Sky Stream puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
