Anyone know what to do,setting second puck up and stuck,it wont link up to my account

Hi does anyone know how to link a second puck up to account? TIA Ray

Have you got the Whole Home subscription? A second puck won't work without it.

@Ray9090  It will be the same process for any puck,  https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/setting-up-sky-stream/articles/setting-up-sky-str...

 

As per @Jones_The_Cat  you do need the Whole Home sub which supports up to 3 Glass TV's & 6 pucks under the same account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sorted now, the puck needed a full reboot
