Favourites disappear except for BBC2

I'm a new Sky Syream user. Setup 20 or so favourite channels and two different pucks.

 

On one of them, all the favourites disappeared two mornings in a row, except for BBC2.   What's going on?

Hi @Iwilson25 

 

When you set up favourites and go into it, did you click save or I'll choose? The first options sets favourites dynamicly based on what channels. The second option allows you to choose manually. If the former it could be it's not got enough data yet to recommend favourite channels.

I selected 'I'll choose'.     If made sure the 'refresh' option is off,  and have turned off the 'overnight standby' mode, so will see how it is tomorrow ...
