Faulty puck

Hi!

Need some help please. I think our streaming puck is faulty.

It will regularly completely shut down and randomly restart. When it is working the channels will often cut out or loose audio.

I've tried all the methods already listed.

Our internet is fine. We can use the inbuilt TV apps absolutely fine.

How would I go about getting a replacement?

Thanks

@looloolemon6

You're best off calling Sky to go through some troubleshooting, then they'll offer to swap your puck if they deem it to be faulty.
