F1 Miami practice UHD picture

Is it my TV or does the colour on channel 406 UHD F1 look oversaturated on some cameras for the Miami Practice 1. The white seems really bright and blurry.

That could  be due to the weather  conditions  in the u s a and not necessarily  your tv, and the way the cameras might  be  set up  over there

They sometimes have trouble dealing with the colour gamut.  HDR/HLG uses rec.2020 gamut and sometimes they broadcast what should be HDR in SDR rec.709 which will cause over saturation issues.

I must admit the UHD/HLG picture on the Sprint Quali from Miami is spot on.
