Hi.
I have three pucks, one of these pucks constantly crashes, screen goes blank and then when starts up again quite often the screen will freeze but sound still plays. The last few times it has crashed it makes a buzzing sound until it is turned off at the mains.
My connection speed is over 200mbps, I have tried it on several TVs, both with Wi-Fi and ethernet connections, currently wifi. Only this one puck has the issue. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
Sggh

Re: Sky pick randomly crashes
Sounds like the puck is faulty. I'd suggest giving Sky a call as it's likely they will need to send out a replacement.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Re: Sky pick randomly crashes
I would wander if you need a wifi booster, but also what other devices you have connected to the Internet, in your home 200mps to the hub may not be enough broadband for your home, yes it maybe the puck, have you tried changing that puck with a of the other pucks that works to check it out

Re: Sky pick randomly crashes
We have a booster. Changed pucks to different locations, swapped them around
etc, always that puck crashes regardless of where it is, and whether Wi-Fi or etherne connected
Contacted Sky earlier and they will send a replacement so should be all good. Fingers crossed
