If you go into your settings menu, you can do a restart of the puck to see if it resolves the issue. @Chenwoo

@Chenwoo the suggestion from @Dazzasky will hopefully resolve your sync issue but if it continues after the restart/reboot then try different audio settings. Go to settings > Picture & Audio > Audio; generally PCM or Passthrough help with sync issues.

People are saying go to menu and change the setting . Sorry wrong it doesn't change the problem. A number of channels are still out of sync.
