Error when trying to order Sky Stream

I'm trying to order Sky Stream but every time I try it says that there is an error and. that I need to call a phone number to sort it out. Unfortunately I don't use the phone so this is a bit of a problem.

The only reason I think this might be happening is that I had Sky Stream on a 31 day contract in the past but had to cancel it due to financial issues at the time. I tried to use the virtual assistant but it was hopeless and I can't find an email address to contact Sky with directly so I was wondering if anyone here could suggest a way to move forward?

Sky don't tend to communicate via email. 
Have you tried ordering using a different email address to setup your account? If that doesn't work then you'll probably have to phone, otherwise you could just get Sky via the NOW TV app instead.

I tried with a different email but still getting the error message unfortunately. I guess I'll skip it as I'm not looking to use NowTV. Oh, well.
