Have you tried a restart?

  1. Go to Settings
  2. System management
  3. Resets & updates
  4. Restart device

If that doesn't kick it into gear, what's your ISP? Is it possible that your router or something else is blocking it? Perhaps parental controls?

Hi @M8x  If the reboot as suggested by @Anonymous doesn't resolve the issue try the following:

Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.

Good luck.

@M8x coincidentally my own system developed a very similar fault where the pucks claimed to have no internet caonnection when they were indeed connected to my Sky hub which appeared fully functional with all lther devices connecting. Standard reboot of the pucks did not help.

I raised the issue with a Sky contact who suggested a full reboot of the Sky hub as that had been running for many months. Its a standard step in any tech support system to reboot any device. So I rebooted both the hub (i did a full factory reset on the basis if your going yo do something do it properly) while that was happening itook the opporrunity to restart my own 3 unit wifi system which had some slightly odd symptoms.

The end result is my Stream Pucks and Glass TV are connecting properly and the network is generally better behaved. It is not uncommon that strange symptoms like these can be cured by a reboot evenif tgey look disconnected.
