Error message when renting a film

I'm hoping someone can help me, I've just rented the new Minecraft movie however when I try to watch it it comes up with an error message, I've restarted everything and waited 30 seconds but still no luck

A Minecraft movie

I bought "A Minecraft Movie" on sky store and when I click on it to watch it says:

"your selection is unavailable at the moment. Please try again. Code(0805)"

 

The money has come out of my bank account

Hello , I am having the same issue.

I was able to watch it earlier but can't put it on now. I'm getting the same message.

There have been a few other reports of this on the community.. you will need to speak to Sky store as we are fellow subscribers.

I can't watch a film bought from sky store, however money has been taken
