Error message signing up for Sky Stream

I am currently trying to set up Sky Stream. Created the account a while ago, so I cannot recall which bank details I gave, and therefore unable to proceed with online setup. When I try to access anything billing related, I get a error message highlighted as Restricted for some reason, so can't even find them there. is there another way of contacting them as I know their phone lines are always busy?

@WayneRobert1972 Unfortunately you will need to call Sky to discuss the issue.

 

If Sky is you mobile provider then you can reach them by calling 150.

 

If not click on the link below and select the “need more help” drop down at the bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.
