Can you please help me out.
I've entered the wrong installation puck pin code 3 times because the instructions said the last 4 digits of my phone number and I had a bit of a fuzzy brain moment and forgot that I had changed it on my sky glass.
Is there any way to completely reset the puck to factory settings and start again or have I got to contact sky.
Please please help!

@Zacnchelle You can try the following and it should reset the puck and force you to start the setup from the beginning again.
1. Turn the puck off at the plug.
2. Turn over the puck and hold down the power/standby button.
3. keep hold of the power button and turn the plug back on.
4. Keeping holding the the power button down until it turns amber and then it should turn green. Then you can let go.
