Can you boost the sky puck to receive in room furthest away from router?

This puck starts off okay and then says no internet connection, but we can see sky on all other devices. We switch off and on again but it just flicks in and out of running.

@JanW  Is this a Sky Stream Puck as you've posted in the SKy Q forum whch is a duifferent system.

 

And no there isn;t a way to boost the puck, you may need to use ethernet or powerline adapters if rhw wifi signal is too weak.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Although, you could boost the BB wifi the puck receives🤔
