Re: Ent OS 1.3

Yeah sorry all, I didn't realise this was a stream section. I just saw it was OS 1.3 related!

I do have Sky Stream tok but my queries have been related to the Sky Glass implementation

@Adz6794 it's just a bit confusing as mentioned for someone like me who suffers from being neurodivergent. Thank you though

Re: Ent OS 1.3

Ive wondered about test channels, and had assumed with Stream/Glass this would be more locked down than satellite based Sky.

Do these streams, like the Low Latency Sky Sports streams (921/922), get mentioned somewhere or do you have to come across them by acccident?

Also i'm assuming the intention is for all Sky Sports channels (with perhaps an exception of Mix) to have  a lower latency, not just the two currently in testing.

(edit: How on earth do you quite on this forum lol)

Re: Ent OS 1.3

I heard about those test channels on here and I've heard more low latency channels on Sky Sports will be added from August as in Sky Sports+ launch so you don't get any spoilers from a goal being scored

Sky Sports Main Event (HD and UHD) will be the first sports channel available in low latency, as that is the one that Sky have bene testing for the last couple of months on channels 921 and 922. Howeve no confirmed go-live date has been provided yet as far as i'm aware (althought i'd be surprised if it wasn't live in time for the new football season in August).

Sky have stated the other Sky Sports channels will be available in low latency mode by the end of the year.
