Sky puck not working

My sky puck has just stopped working. I have tried all of the suggestions but it seems there is no power.

If you've tried all the suggestions then you'll need to ring Sky to get it replaced.

Have you tried the recovery procedure, as detailed  on step 4 of this Sky Stream help article?

You may need to give it a couple of goes.
