Drama channel freezing and breaking up today

I went on to drama channel 143 then all of a sudden it kept breaking up and freezing loads of times  then it settled for a bit and OK then this afternoon it kept  breaking up again just kept going off and on seems OK now I think

Netflix speed is 35.20 mbps

Try measuring 3 times then after 3 mins or so another 3 times.
