Picture and sound are continually interrupted and pausing for no reason

Just set up Sky stream and changed over from Sky go. 

The programmes are continually pausing and are unwatchable

How have you connected your puck to the internet, via Wifi or ethernet?

 

Can you open the Netflix app on the puck, go to Get Help -> check your network and run the diagnostic to find out what download speed the puck is getting
