Just set up Sky stream and changed over from Sky go.
The programmes are continually pausing and are unwatchable

Can you open the Netflix app on the puck, go to Get Help -> check your network and run the diagnostic to find out what download speed the puck is getting

What is your router's sync speed?
What is your Puck's connection speed?
