Downgrading my account

Hi

I'm trying to remove sports and cinema from my package and neither the app or online are working. Have been trying for days. The online chat doesn't seem to be working either. Can anyone help with email or phone number please?

Unfortunately the forum software won't allow us to post phone numbers. You can call 150 of you have a sky landline or mobile.
