Hi, I recieved my puck last night, it froze a couple of times during set up but then worked ok for 40 minutes before freezing. Neither the remote or the puck power button would power it off.
Turned mains power off, allowed reboot and it worked for a few minues before freezing again, went through re-setting a few times with the same result, working between 2 minutes and 20 minutes before freezing. This happens on any screen, regardless of what I am watching or just scrolling on the home screen, netflix speed check on wifi is 162.94 mps.
Turned on this morning and freezes within minutes. I have tried turning off night standby, re-connecting the remote and powering off as per remote assistant.
Really appricative of any help.
