Dolby sound cut out on sky programmes only

• We have Sky Stream and are unable to play UHD Dolby Atmos shows on Sky without major sound issues. Strangly apps such as Netflix play fine but if we put a Sky show on the sound cuts out quite badly.

Checked online all the settings recommended seems fine and have a decent 4k UHD HDMI lead.

Have a Samsung TV with Q Symphony soundbar. Assume our equipment is fine if the streaming apps are ok so why is Sky doing this? Has anyone experienced this?
