What is really annoying is Sky don't care, where is the rep on here to say what's going on or that they are going to take the issue seriously? My contract says UHD and Dolby Atmos so if it isn't fixed by the weekend then its a complaint to OFCOM

Ofcom is the industry regulator and typically doesn't adjudicate on individual contract or technical issues.  

The complaint path is first to Sky and then to their appointed ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider.

Glad I found this thread. Like others, there is STILL no Dolby Atmos on Main Event.

Why has this not been fixed. Yes I can use RT, but I find this isn't as stable.

What is more, if when watching Premier League on that channel then press Right and select UHD, there is silence.

It's a total joke it's been going on for about a month now it still doesn't work on tnt too why is it taking so long to sort out

The RT feed is really patchy now & not consistent UHD.

Still no Atmos on TNT either.

It's ok to take our money but when customers ask for something to be sorted there in no hurry shame on you sky

On the new style plucks I can only get Amos if I am in pass through. Doesn't work with DD+ but used to on the older pucks

Watching the rugby now on HBO Max app on the puck version 1 (Northampton v Newcastle)  in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.  Dolby atmos available in any  sound mode (Passthru, DD+, Auto(PCM)).  I usually watch via an Apple TV but the picture/sound is just as good via the puck.  I must say that TNT Sport Ultimate via HBO Max is quite stunning.

This is now only an inconvenience due to TNT sport ultimate via the app working with dolby atmos and vision fine but the channel through the epg is only outputting stereo for me, tried all the output modes, i noticed this a couple of weeks ago but didnt think anything of it at the time and thought it was a one off.  I get atmos where available on everything else. I checked tnt sports 1 for the game and that was output in 5.1

Only getting standard stereo on TNT Ultimate main feed too.

And you only get Atmos watching through the HBO Max app if you're on their top tier package.

Otherwise it's only HD with 5.1 audio.
