Hello all.
I recently had an issue with Disney+ not booting up on my Sky Stream, I understand the same issue could be found on Sky Glass or even Sky Q.
It would be met with an error code 73, ultimately suggesting it isn't available in your region (I'm in the UK so very odd).
I did a factory reset seeing as you (at this moment anyway) are unable to delete an app on Sky stream.
This didn't work.
I was racking my brain for days & just did something as simple as a hard reset, changed my internet hard wire configuration & after resetting a few times it fixed itself.
There isn't an obvious issue here but I realise if it's happened to me it could happen to someone else so hopefully this helps...
