Hello my plan includes sky tv and broadband but I am not able to run most of the channels in sky tv

I'd suggest disabling the WiFi in the stream pucks settings and then connecting via Ethernet and see if that helps.

most issues like this are caused by insufficient WiFi signal strength and stability.
