Hi folks, I can log onto Discovery +, and get to the Home Screen, select a genre and click on watch, I get a message to Upgrade.
Sky told me to contact Discovery, who have told me to contact Sky.
Discovery said my account wasn't linked, but when I go to MySky, it states it is. I have tried all the solutions I can find.

If when you go to the Sky Marketplace is says you are already subscribed to Discovery + it should allow you to unsubscribe and then resubscribe.
Unfortunately, particularly with Discovery +, the linking doesn't seem to always work the first time so the discovery + account never gets updated to same the billing is "provided by sky".

Tried going to Sky Marketplace, I am a Sky Stream user, it would not let me unsubscribe.

So is the marketplace showing you as subscribed as is it allowing you to subscribe for a price for £0?
