Can't access discovery + but I am subscribe to it

Is this the free Sky Discovery + and you have you previously activated it or is it another Discovery + account?

 

If above, just click sign in on the app and on next page use the qr code or web link to sign in with your account email/password credentials via another device like phone/tablet/pc. If that other device says successfully linked and the Sky Stream page does not refresh, restart the Sky Stream puck, using the rolling Puck settings restart;

Go to Puck Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Start up D+ app again and you should now be signed in.

Thanks, this worked perfectly!!  Before the page was frozen and would not let me click on sign-in, try this and I'm now enjoying the app.
