Discovery+ says country is wrong

Tried to login to discovery+, says I need to login from where the acct was created. Check VPN, password. Nothing. Can't even cancel & start again. Discovery + help is useless; waiting 2hrs for human feedback on the chat. Any ideas?

Who is your ISP, and do you use a router with VPN capabilities?

 

If you carry out a 'where is my IP address' Google search, what result does that give?

ISP is Sky

 

IP says UK, London. I'm in Belfast but still UK.
