First puck faulty second works but now asking to set up whole home

Just set up new puck after sending first one back as faulty. All was good but suddenly got a screen saying I have to set up whole home to carry on watching

You can only have one puck working unless you have whole home. Your old puck has been set as the primary one. You need to make your new puck the primary device in manage devices on the Sky website. See:

Thank you. Spoke to Sky and they are sorting it (didn't see an option to set the other one as primary.
