For the past month when I go onto discovery plus it keeps asking me to sign in why is this happening as its never done it b4 it let's me watch 1 programme then when I go on to another programme it asks me to scan the code again

Try unplugging your Glass from the mains for a few minutes and powering back on. If that doesn't work try refreshing your apps in settings > system management> resets and updates.
Note this can take 24 hours. Failing this you will need to contact Sky customer support (we are fellow subscribers) or discovery for further support.
