It does seem bizarre that Sky can mark an issue 'closed' while said issue is still unresolved. I'm with DomBod Kev, you can't do that!

I suggest you read the answer again 

 

The answer clearly mentions that Sky are aware of the problem and support teams are investigating the problem 

 

As soon as they have a update on fixing the issue Sky  will post that info in this thread to let everyone know

OK great defender of Sky why is Sky still claiming on their website that there are no service issues with their TV streaming service!

The thread or issue has not been marked as closed at any stage

 

Sky Support teams have to find out the cause first before a fix can be done 

 

That can involve both Sky and Discovery+  finding a solution 


Some app server issues are not always a quick fix can be complicated sometimes  especially when not all customers are affected

Hi I've done all of the above even the factory reset and discovery plus only works one time, it lets you sign in but once you come out of the app and try to go back on it the error 400 comes on again 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have the app on Amazon prime and it's working fine on there but through sky it doesn't, it's a pain having to switch through sources on my tv, I just wanted to watch everything through sky!!

Sky streaming service status

Why when Sky community has been buzzing since last Friday with customers having problems with Discovery plus does Sky continue to to claim there are "No service issues" with Sky Streaming?????

@DomBod Sky are aware and working with Dscovery+ to resolve this has been mentioned earlier in this very large thread.

 

Another seperate thread isn't needed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GD1I think the poster means the  service status on the sky website. They need to let people know there is a problem on the status page.

Rubbish you miss the point completely.  New customers who are not on the community go on line and Sky claim there are no issues, so they wait 15mins waiting for Sky Customer Service to be told there is an issue!!!!

 

This is a new stream about Sky's appalling Customer Service performance.  "Discovery Plus not working" is a different stream about Sky software engineers  not being very good either!

Sky should also perhaps remove the advertising at the top of the Glass/Live forum which tells customers about all the wonderful tennis they're currently missing on Discovery+

Discovery plus not working

I have tried for days now to get on to my Discovery plus channel but I keep getting Error 400 not connected. I have even been on to Discovery plus chat nothing has worked.Can anyone tell me when this problem will be rectified please
