Same problem here, discovery plus was working fine yesterday afternoon. Went to watch the snooker last night and got the error no internet. I have tried turning the puck off and on but to no avail. The problem is still there today, everything else works fine. Discovery plus is working fine in my Apple TV.

Tried refreshing apps before seeing your post to no avail.
Software is 024
Youtube still working and can also stream Discovery from programme guide.
I get No Internet connection (which on a Sky Stream box is clearly inaccurate). Error 400
Djsconnectex power for 20mins but still no go. Leave it off overnight?
Thanks for suggestion. Shame Sky and Did kvrty don't text updates better.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@1morgs I have just tried DIscovery + on my Stream and it worked perfectly so the problem would appear to be at your end.
Firstly try rebooting your system as follows: Switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot.
If that doesn't help try a refresh of your Apps in Settings > System Management > Resets & updates. This can take a while but in done in the background so you can still watch other programmes.
If it is still not working please post back with more information about the issue.

Which Software build are you on. Since I got Q24 today Discovery + thinks I have no internet connection.

On phone to sky and been notified it's a known problem as from earlier today.

Strangely, I got a no network connection message earlier today but a reboot resolved it immediatly. This used to be a common occurrence but I haven't had it for months. I have the Networked Standby Mode turned ON which resolved the issue about 18 months ago and have rarely had the message since.

Yeah I've done several power cycles and still no joy. On my Sky Glass it will work but I have to log in each time I use it. Fortunately I have an Apple TV which has no problems even with the beta TVOS.
Shame really Sky/Discovery just got it right with UHD/HDR/Atmos with Q23.
