My discovery+ stopped working on my sky q box i phoned sky and after 4 days of back and forth I phoned discovery+ themselves to be told sky had told them to deactivate my discovery+ on my sky q even when my bills where paid on time I even recorded the call and played it to the sky adviser and she denied they phone discovery+ after phoning discover plus on there phone number u can find on line as sky will not allow me to add there phone number on here got it sorted sky flatly refused to admit they called discovery+ even though they heard the recording of the conversation from the discovery+ adviser I had to phone discovery+ and after explaining to them they put it back on and again said sky phoned them I will be taking this matter up with trading standards to investigate
