Hi all,
Long time listener first time caller.
I have TNT sports big screen via my EE mobile subscription. All works fine whilst watching through discovery+ etc.
When I finish watching and return to watching 'stream' channels I get a lot of freezing and jumping.
Only a factory reset ( power button whilst inserting power cord) stops this. This obviously isn't ideal and annoying for the premium we all pay for this service.
I also note that this also seems to only happen after watching anything on discovery+ and then returning to the streaming.
I've checked the broadband speed received by the puck via Netflix app both before and after and I'm getting 180Mb down before and 10-15 after using the Discovery+ app.
I could use the Discovery+ app through my smart TV but why should I when I pay for this service.
Any ideas?

How are you exiting the discovery app? Are you pressing home on the puck and then going to a live channel or are you using the back up button untill you quit the app? The former leaves the app running in the pucks memory. The latter quits and places less demand on puck resources.

Hi,
I've tried both ways thinking perhaps it was caching in the background and getting the same result. Although I may be just backing out to the homepage of discovery+ and not quitting the app.
I will make sure I quit the app properly after the Leicester game currently and see if that makes the difference.
Doesn't happen when I use YouTube etc though
