I ordered sky stream puck this afternoon but I've heard nothing about a delivery I've tried on my sky app to set it up putting in my postcode but it's not letting me. So I don't know if my order has gone through

However you should have received email confirmation. Order tracking will require you to create a Sky ID. If this isnt working you will need to call sky as we are fellow customers on the community.
